We send payslips to pay balances by mail, in combination with a prior initial deposit of $50.
Those that want or need to pay by credit card may use this for a $10 fee that is included.

For non-penalty payments. 
$609  = You had not made a deposit and you are now paying the full amount later, but on time.    
$559  = You had paid a $50 deposit and you are now paying the full amount later, but on time.  
$519  = You had paid a $50 deposit, and you also qualify for a $40 discount of some type, and are paying later, but on time. 

Penalty payments are VERY late.  You will have been specifically asked to pay this late fee. If you have not been specifically directed to pay this late penalty fee, then you are choosing one of the amounts shown above. 
$699 =  You had not made a deposit and you are now paying the full amount late. 
$649 =  You had made a deposit and you are now paying the full amount late. 
(Any consideration of discounts is forfeited with late payment).
