Our training is based on developing the attitudes, knowledge and skills to be effective in the use of time. Effectiveness with people and efficient with tasks is the hallmark of people who are successful in managing self and others. The difference between our training at Communicate Institute Training and Development and that of many training companies is that before we conduct the skills training, we work with our clients to develop solid self management principles. The beginning of organizational effectiveness is individual effectiveness.

Topic Areas of Presentations
Goal: To provide the participants with the attitudes, knowledge and skills information necessary to manage their time and projects more effectively.
Time Mastery Profile: This training instrument is a self-assessment tool and a built in seminar workbook. A key aspect of the Time mastery Profile is the action plan section for each aspect of time management. The profile can be used in a classroom setting or for self study.

Any or all of the above time management categories can be dealt with in a designed training session. However, since time management strengths vary from personal to person, it is usually best to assess the strengths and weaknesses of all employees so they can focus on improving in the challenging areas.
TIME PLUS BEHAVIOR PROFILE: This training profile provides insight into an individuals time management behavior pattern and strategies for improvement.
