Nancy has devoted her entire adult life to assisting people and organizations to enhance their communication skills and reach their full potential. • Nancy is among a very small percentage of professional speakers to be awarded the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)designation from the National Speakers Association for her proven record of speaking excellence. Fewer than ten percent of the 5,000 + members who belong to the International Federation of Professional Speakers hold the CSP designation.

• As a Trainer and Consultant, she has been the Recipient of Numerous Awards from The Inscape Publishing (formally Performax Systems International ) for excellence as one of their top associates (Since 1987 Nancy has consistently ranked near the top of their training and consulting associates nationwide.
• Author of educational game "PERSUADE" used in classrooms throughout the nation

• As a Speech Teacher she was selected as "Outstanding High School Speech Teacher in Ohio " in 1980 by The Speech Communication Association of Ohio
• As a Speech Teacher she was named by Northwestern University as "One of the Ten Outstanding Speech Teachers in the U.S."
• As a Speech Coach she was the Recipient of the Double Diamond Award for Speech Coaching Excellence , presented by the National Forensic League
• Inducted into The Ohio High School SPEECH COACHES HALL OF FAME in 1999
