Kurt Utterback, Vice President of Communicate Institute, knows coaching and understands the dynamics and motivations of teams and individuals. He holds a B.A. degree from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Master's from Central Michigan University in Health and Physical Education, with an emphasis in sports psychology. Kurt also serves on the Adjunct Faculty of Walsh University in Ohio. His workshops and seminars on people skills, attitude development, and motivation are consistently filled to capacity. Kurt is also th eauthor and instructor of  the highly successful workshop, People Skills in Coaching Athletes.

In addition to the above, Kurt's performance as a seminar leader currently ranks him in the TOP 1% of all Inscape Publishing associates (over5,000 associates nationwide). Inscape Publishing is a leading national company in the area of human development and performance.

Kurt has 15 years of coaching experience. As a former high school football coach and a brief stint in college, Kurt has known the ups and downs of the athletic experience. He has coached the 0-10 team and the 27-0 teams(over 3 years).
